First you need to check that the postcard isn't defined yet on cartophilie.be.
** If the postcard is not defined yet, click on the icon on the icon on the right.
** If the card is not listed, go to the Site Map page (icon to the right of Home) scroll to your choice in Postcards and postcards; white square icon in front of Localities or Fancy cards or Illustrator cards…
Then click on this icon and follow all the instructions to be filled in without forgetting the possible series.
When ALL is completed, save the card
If the card is already registered you will receive a duplicate warning, if two different cards have the same title you can ignore this warning
If a card is already listed but without a loaded scan, you can add a scan by going directly to the next step: "what should I do to send an image to the site> If you have a scanned image, you can go directly to the next step |
